Please read these terms carefully before using the Urban Ride Limousine platform.

These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Urban Ride Limousine platform, services, and website. By accessing or using our services, you agree to be legally bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you must not use the platform.

Overview of Services

Urban Ride Limousine (operated by ZENTRO RIDE PASSENGERS TRANSPORT – L.L.C – O.P.C) provides technology-enabled access to the following transportation services:

  • Transfers: Fixed-point rides (e.g., airport, hotel, intercity)
  • Hourly Chauffeur: Time-based vehicle hire with a professional driver

Each service can be booked as:

  • Urgent Ride: On-demand booking for immediate pickup
  • Scheduled Ride: Booked in advance for a specific time

Eligibility to Use the Platform

Be at least 18 years of age
Have the legal capacity to enter into contracts
Provide accurate and up-to-date account information
Accept full responsibility for all activity on your account

Description of Services

Transfers

Point-to-point rides suitable for airport transfers, city transport, and intercity travel.

15 minutes free waiting time for standard pickups
60 minutes free waiting time for airport pickups
All fares are fixed and inclusive of tolls, VAT, and fuel

Additional charges may apply for:

Delays beyond the free waiting time
Mid-trip stops or route changes
Luggage requiring vehicle upgrade

Hourly Chauffeur

Hire a vehicle with a professional driver based on time. Suitable for errands, business meetings, or events.

Minimum booking: 3 hours
Maximum booking: 14 hours
Unlimited distance within the same city

Additional charges apply for:

Travel outside the city of pickup
Extended time beyond booked hours
Long idle time or excessive waiting

Booking Options

Urgent Ride

  • Estimated arrival: 30–60 minutes
  • Auto-cancelled & refunded if no driver assigned within 60 minutes
  • Cancellation after driver dispatch may incur charges

Scheduled Ride

  • Must be booked at least 1 hour in advance
  • Can be modified or cancelled up to 24 hours before pickup without penalty

User Responsibilities

Keep your account credentials secure
Arrive on time at the pickup location
Use the service lawfully and respectfully
Avoid damage to the vehicle or misconduct during the ride
Seat belts must be worn; no smoking or illegal substances allowed

Pricing & Payments

Prices are fixed, transparent, and shown before confirmation
Includes tolls, VAT, fuel, and basic waiting time
Extra charges apply for overtime, extra stops, or intercity travel (hourly rides)
Accepted payment methods: cash, card, or approved digital wallets
Receipts are issued electronically after trip completion

Cancellations & Refunds

User Cancellations

  • Urgent Rides: Free if cancelled within 5 minutes and driver not dispatched
  • Scheduled Rides: Free if cancelled more than 24 hours before pickup

Urban Ride Limousine Cancellations

If we are unable to fulfil your booking, it will be cancelled and fully refunded.

Refund Policy

  • Approved refunds are processed within 15 working days
  • Cancellations within 24 hours of pickup are non-refundable
  • No refund if cancellation is due to incorrect flight details provided by the customer
  • No refund for weather conditions or forecasts
  • No refund for reasons beyond our control (airline issues, delays, force majeure)
  • Refunds are processed to the original payment method
  • No refunds for no-shows or cancellations outside allowed windows
  • Disputes must be reported within 48 hours of the ride

User Conduct and Safety

Respect your driver and vehicle at all times
Use appropriate language and behaviour
Comply with all local transport rules and safety regulations
Drivers may cancel a ride in case of misconduct or safety concerns

Platform Liability Disclaimer

Urban Ride Limousine functions as a ride-booking platform; we are not the transport provider
We are not liable for delays caused by traffic, weather, or third-party issues
Our liability is limited to the value of the affected booking
We are not responsible for items left in vehicles

Changes to the Service or Terms

Urban Ride Limousine may update services, features, or these Terms at any time
We will notify users of material changes via email, app, or website
Continued use of the platform means you accept the updated Terms

Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the applicable laws of the operating jurisdiction. Any dispute arising from the use of the platform will be handled by the competent courts within that jurisdiction.

Entire Agreement These Terms represent the entire agreement between you and Urban Ride Limousine concerning your use of the platform. If any part of these Terms is found invalid or unenforceable, the rest shall remain in effect.
